In this series Frederik Neuhaus (A-License coach - highest coaching license in Germany) shows you the correct techniques, the variations and how you can apply all this in the match. Meet the Coach

Frederik Neuhaus

Frederik Neuhaus ist A-Lizenz Trainer des Deutschen Handballbundes, sowie Athletik A-Lizenz-Inhaber. Er trainiert im Handball-Leistungs-Zentrum Ahlener SG die 3. Liga-Mannschaft und war zuvor viele Jahre im Jugend-Leistungsbereicht tätig. Er entwickelte in den vergangenen 10 Jahren zahlreiche Nachwuchstalente bis hin zur Landesauswahl und Jugend-Nationalmannschaft.
